Theme for the brave: Spiritual adventure of diving in the past from the Bükkábrány trees of the Pannonian lake through a supervolcanic eruption devastated rainforest to prehistoric sharks of a shallow sea at the Fossils of Ipolytarnoc

A survival tour is organized to a vanished era through the tactile exhibitions of the Ancient Pine Visitor Centre to the Bükkábrány trees, and then to the world-famous excavations of the geological trail after escaping from the dangers of the Miocene forest.

Preregistering is needed, sent to ipolytarnoc@osmaradvanyok.hu till September 23.

Májustól októberig hetente szervezünk szakvezetett E-bike túrákat a Bükk-fennsíkra. Túráinkat úgy állítottuk össze, hogy a résztvevők láthassák azokat a természeti értékeket, élőhelyeket, amelyek a Bükki Nemzeti Park kiemelt értékei között tartunk számon.

Inaugurated on Aug 20, 2000, managed by the Bükk National Park, the terrace of the lookout tower of wooden structure offers a unique view to the visitors: the Bükk Mountains terrain, appearing in different colors in every season, the Szalajka Valley, the outline of the forests, and the rooftops of houses of 13 mountain villages to the north.
